Ampoules

We offer high-quality pharmaceutical glass ampoules using type 1 borosilicate neutral glass tubes. Our standard range includes ampoules made of clear and amber glass with capacities from 1 to 30ml. Our ampoule designs can be customized based on the customer’s request as well as ISO 9187-1. These include Form B(Stem Cut), Form C(Open Funnel), and Form D (Closed ampoules) with various break systems such as OPC (One Point Cut) and CBR (Color Break Ring).

• Continuous online cutting, glazing, optical & visual control, annealing, and packing
• Customized Ceramic printing up to two colors using heavy metal-free inks
• Color Break Ring (RB)
• Color Identification Rings (RC)

• Production of Type D ampoule with incorporated positive pressure
• Uniform distribution of heat during the annealing process, which remove stress from ampoules
